The stop motion film titled “TALENT” is a group project from my motion graphic class. The project requirement is that we can only use cell phone cameras to capture video segments. Also, we were asked to edit the clips in Adobe Photoshop using the timeline feature.
We came up with a story about a person whose dream is to become an artist. Although he kept practicing, he didn’t make a lot of progress in improving his drawing skills. In the process of practicing drawing, and then throwing away failed drawings into wastebasket, he found his true talents – basketball. In the end, he became an excellent basketball player. We want to use this story to illustrate a saying, that is: “when god closes a door, he opens a window.”
