Connecting a patchwork of services, MPAC found it hard to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and user actions across our websites, email, social platforms, events and campaigns. We needed a digital engagement platform that integrated key areas for organizational efficiency and growth. I needed to explain this concept for board and staff buy-in.
