Project Overview
As a designer at Prezi we worked on cross-team and no-team challenges on every Friday. The Collaboration Infographic was one of these projects.
We needed to visualize the most collaborative countires so that new patterns can be visible to help journalists write a story and publish our work. Unfortunately the patterns were not in line with what we wanted to communicate at the time, so the finished infographic never got released.

The Process
With the help of the great data people of prezi we drilled down the data into understandable chunks and came up with possible ways to visualize it.
The challenge was to remove all irrelevant information from the page and to find a fitting metaphor.
The Result
Even thought the final infographic was a huge success in the company, among other designers and even Nicholas Felton loved it, the page never got published. Sadly I had to change all the information to block text.
Data Viz Mastery
I attended Nicholas Felton's workshop on data visualization and processing in Berlin, May 2013.
It was a truly inspiring and helpful workshop that made this project (among others) possible.
