Study: Imitate an Artist

For this assignment I chose to imitate Monet. Here is a picture I took of a tree in the fall and painted using a palate knife. Similar to Monet's work.

Study: Introducing color to a Still Life

I set up a small still life consisting of a mug, perfume bottles, a small box, small plastic jar, and a tube of paint.

Here is a painting of my hand with aluminum foil as my nail. The background is textured.

Study: Hybrid

For this assignment I created a hybrid world of aliens, in a city, on their way to work. When displayed in a dark room glow paint is added to the planet in the right corner and to the crystal buildings.
