Intro to a tv-broadcast "Good to complain". 

It was made using paintings of Nikolai Kopeikin which were made specially for intro. 

I used After Effects for creating animation, and Photoshop to prepare backgrounds and characters for animation. Below you can see storyboard and animatic.
