Draper University is an entrepreneurship school/bootcamp in Silicon Valley. I went there as a student, but also got involved with helping the school out in several occasions. Here, I designed various clothing with the DU branding. Above is the logo (which I did not design).
The theme of the school is "Superheroes", as it is officially called "Draper University of Heroes". I wanted to use the DU logo similar to the Superman shield on his uniform. Combining the logo with the colour pallete used on our web properties made a wonderful collection.
Here I took away the shield outline on the DU logo, and instead made it the whole shirt.
A very standard design for branding. Figured I should try it to see if it'd look nice.
Draper University has something called the "Superhero Oath". Here, I've taken six lines from the Oath and put them onto six different shirts. My favourite is "I will fail and fail again" on the front, with "Until I succeed" on the back. Very much in tune with DU's spirit.
Finishing off with standard hoodie designs. My creative juices were running low on the project by the end.
