The in-depth research process includes first hand experience of personal training through different methods, started from when I was a beginner. It also includes consulting with professional trainers, as well as people who find it hard to start doing exercise for different reasons.

Interior and function designed by Dirk Wan. Meeting the demands of trainers is important, but the priority is to inspire people who didn't work out (or work out enough) to form a healthy habit.
