Garden Way Church Media Madness for Fall Focus
For a special series on Social Media and True Community I designed a series of panels that would appear on stage to represent large mobile devices. These large structures contain squares cut out to represent 'Apps'. The cut out squares were backed with thin linen fabric. With the help of a small team and the lighting of Kelly Baum (of AGI) we were able to mount rear and foward lights for the panels. The walls of the church were lined with posters that represented the given sermon message for that week. Each weeks message was tied into social media terms such as 'Profile', 'Groups', etc, along with internet terms like, 'Viral'. The posters were printed on 24"x36" white corrugated plastic boards. The graphics designed for the posters were also modified to fit the large projected screen in the middle of the stage. Thanks go out to Bruce, Matt, Dennis and of course Kelly Baum!!
