The conditioner fan heater is one of the main commodities in summer. It is also a proper commodity for staff and workers in China because it is composed by fan, heater and humidifier so it can be used all year round. Since there is usually no air conditioner in a rental house for staff and workers in China, a portable conditioner fan is more favourable. 

 

This project was under two principles — product identify and cost-reduction. The product identity research started in 2010, while the company had gone through OEM and was engaging in ODM. I have been involved in the product identity research since winter 2010 commodities. The result of the research was applied to the 2011 commodities, so was the conditioner fan heater. Besides, since this company has delivered several remarkable conditioner fan heaters, in summer 2010 it focused on the market of economical conditioner fan heater and the prime cost became the potential compatible factor and the focus. The producing process was examined thoroughly to figure out the most ideal compartment plan.
