My main tasks were to work on the bigger developments to the Jack Wills site, from customer journey improvements to seasonal website additions. Working closely with the in-house development team, the expanded e-commerce team and the Design Manager, we made sure that all projects kept within the busy timeframe coming up to the busy Christmas period.
While all designs for both website and emails were to be approved desktop first, consideration for mobile was always at the beginning to ensure an easy transition in design.
Further design responsibilities included assisting in the daily visual upkeep of the main site assets as well as providing new identities for their service messaging specialist emails.
