Setanta Sports (now Sportsnet World)
Setanta Sports is a premium television channel which focuses on soccer, rugby and other international sports. Work involved print, radio, television, in-stadium, environmental, digital and social. We constantly used the channel's unique colour as a brand identifier throughout every campaign.
As a premium specialty channel, affiliate sheets were often created to help educate customer service providers on the benefits of Setanta Sports.
This campaign was designed to support a March free preview and was bolstered by a contest to win a trip to London, England to see a match of your choice. Work was executed across newsprint, magazine, radio, TV and the web.

In 2010 I set up Setanta Canada's Facebook Page which is currently the main point of contact for up-to-the-minute information, contests and interaction with subscribers.
I helped create and market a Manchester United v Celtic Rangers friendly at the Rogers Centre in support of Setanta Sports' HD launch. We created a Tag-and-Win contest on Setanta’s Facebook Page in which the first 12 fans to correctly tag a player’s picture would win a pair of tickets to the game. The contest was promoted through FB advertising, online and on TV. In a Setanta-branded booth at the venue, visitors could enter another contest to win an HDTV. Facebook Likes grew by 15% over the month and subscriber numbers increased by 10%.
To launch Setanta's HD service, this 30-second spot was created on a very limited budget and premiered at the Rogers Centre during a partly-sponsored Manchester United v Celtic FC match before going to air on network TV.
