Kairos is an olive brand originating from Milas, Turkey. Following it’s launch in 2012, Kairos was selected in FLOS OLEI 2013 and FLOS OLEI 2014 consecutively.
Kairos’ olives, which grow on certified organic Memecik olive trees, are harvested early just as they begin to darken, after which they are cold pressed within 24 hours. Residual particles are separated without filtering by letting the oil rest in special tanks. Kairos olive oil has a robust and distinctive flavor. It is particularly rich with antioxidants, making it especially beneficial to your health. It is a very rare and valuable type of olive oil with a maximum acidity of 0.4 percent.
