Easter Postcard
I was asked to create an Easter card for the 2011 celebration. I knew these would be headed out into the community and would most likely end up going straight into the garbage. :-) I don't think people really enjoy getting overtly religious mail. Especially those with tons of crosses and/or huge pink easter bunnies on them. I wanted to create something that was a bit more abstract. Originally these postcards didn't even contain the text/copy save the simple church logo in the bottom right. After deliberation they decided that some text should be added. Either way I loved the symbolism that ended up in this image. This was a group project with photographer Jason Fairchild. Happy Easter!
