This presentation outlines 6 steps to delivering superior customer journeys through smarter commerce. Originally designed as an infographic, the content and design translated smoothly into a dynamic Slideshare presentation. I combined engaging illustrations with the existing brand color palette to tell the story of Smarter Commerce. Illustrations are a combination of stock and self-created.
