I did this to practice my art direction skills and not just to post photos of food. :-)
Pesto Linguine
 I had fun preparing this as the pesto sauce wasn't cooked on heat but rather pounded by my own hands. I just found out that pesto means "to ground". Therefore, the ingredients are to be pounded on a huge mortar with a pestle. The parmesan cheese on top is for art's sake only. I didn't eat it with cheese, I swear.
Red Velvet Cake
The cake itself is dairy-free. Thank goodness for butter alternatives! Though the frosting is made from butter and cream cheese. I've yet to master the vegan cream cheese frosting I found in the interwebz. (I've done it before but the frosting was too runny!)
On the left: Banana bread
I loooove banana bread! I mean, who doesn't?! It goes well with Rice Krispies Cocoa Cereal (It's vegan!). Oh, and that's soy milk, by the way.
