Updated styling for a usability feedback survey for use on Microsoft.com main properties. The former feedback and survey popup form had gone without either a visual or formal update in several iterations, the intent was bring the form into alignment with the contemporary MSCOM design system, improve the opportunity to collect nuanced feedback, and to create a more engaging experience for the customers.
