Wisdom is defined as:

The quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgement; the fact of being based on sensible or wise thinking; and the body of knowledge and experience that develops within a specific society or period.

But, what does that mean for business? Simply put, wisdom equals competitive intelligence.

Now that we’ve defined it, let’s take a look at an acronym I’ve invented.

W I S D I M
It is my combination of Eric Ries' Lean Startup Theory, Design Thinking and IDEO's Lenses of Human-centred Design and User-centred Design.

And, it stands for:

WISDIM is a Lean UX Framework that visualises how Competitive Intelligence flows through the business, so that we can optimise the speed at which it does so.

It map out where and when specific disciplines are required and the order in which each part of the business should be brought in line with newfound knowledge.

The result is a repeatable, easy-to-understand, agile and iterative, evidence-based business process focussed upon maintaining the flow of competitive intelligence.
