«WOODPUT» is a wooden bird made of maple wood (FSC-certified), which is coated on the top with white color. It's a simple but at the same time very decorative home accessory, produced in small series by a local sheltered workshop in Switzerland.
Our aim was to create a decorative object from a piece of wood with as few oscillated slices as possible. «WOODPUT» is meant to be an object, that tries to convince with its simplicity - in it‘s as far as possible stylized shape of a bird. Therefore we also used untreated maple wood. We are glad about this choice of materials, because that way the whole object tends to appear natural and clean, strong and unagitaded - everything at the same time.
