As someone who is surrounded by Veterans, I was really set on the social issue I was going to approach. In our Design II class, we got to choose a social issue and create a poster for it. I chose Stop Soldier Suicide as my cause because the statistics overwhelmed me and I thought more people needed to know that every single day, 22 United States Veterans commit suicide.
