The elderly is a group that has always been neglected by society. Our elders need to know that life does not end there for them once they start graying; they too can contribute to society. Promoting active aging is thus important to help people realize their potential for physical, social, and mental well-being throughout their life course. As such, this poster was specially designed for the Council for the Third Age through the use of contrast of value. Strength does not lie solely with the young; our elders have them too.
