Zine exploration dealing with five essential typefaces for every modern designer’s repertoire. Typefaces chosen are Helvetica, Futura, Times New Roman, Century, and Bodoni. The structure for the zine is based on Massimo Vignelli’s famous unigrid, and investigates the history behind the assigned typefaces by combining visual typographic exploration with the relevant research.
The underlined grid is highly apparent throughout the different pages, It might arrange the large amounts of copy on the chapter oppeners information pages, but it also contributes to the organization of the artwork, and typographic explorations.
