ZOO wroclaw / visual & information system
Zoo Wroclaw was opened to the public already in 1865. It’s one of the most famous zoos in Poland and attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors every year. This fact led me to propose a new visual and information system for it. (Master’s degree project on Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Wroclaw, Poland, 2014)
The logo is a combination of animal shapes and the first letter of the word “Wroclaw.” I decided to use vibrant colors, as children are the most frequent visitors, and for them that coloring is attractive. Additional colors existing in the system are assigned to corresponding clusters of animals to help visitors identify the animals in the ZOO.
