This semester, I am taking Art 235 and our first Project is about the Seven Creative Visual Strategies. We are told to select one single object to use in our exploration of the different creative strategies which are; Combination, Juxtaposition, Isolation, Metaphor, change of context or environment, Physical/shape similarity, and Material change. These strategies are used to create, express, and communicate meaningful ideas visually. The first thing we did was to collect professional images of each strategy to spark our brain to think vertically and horizontally; Brainstorming.

The combination of two different objects created one object “ Flower Base Bell”. The yellow Bell Flowers give beauty, serenity and love and placing it in the hand bell flower base signifies call to put in action , to share love and beauty all around us.

Traffic Enforcer Using Hand Bell light
There is big contrast with the use or purpose of the hand bell , the traffic man rings not the bell but light the bell to red to stop.
I used Lasso tool to select the object and i generate fill..

These two object show stark opposition, edible and non edible objects.

Title: “Sharp note Bell”
The Hand bell creates visual focus because of its different features but the same musical instrument.
Combining the Hand bell to the keyboard piano means that the bell stand out loud to the sound of the keyboard of the piano.”The sound of Bell is considered auspicious which welcomes divinity and dispels evil”.
I used tool brush to combine the image.

Title: “ THe BellBlue Flower”
The Hand Bell and The Blue Bell Flower have the same bell shape.
The Bell blue flower is a symbol of humility, constancy, gratitude and everlasting love. This has similarity with the temple bell , calling
everybody to be humble , to find the everlasting love and to speak always the truth .

Title: “Saved bythe bell”
Combining the Bullet and the temple hand bell creates metamorphic meaning ;Going to the Temple of the Lord and receiving the sacred ordinances help us save from the spiritual death. The temple bell is calling to save us from temporal death.
I used brush tool and combine the two images.

Title: “The bell curve of spiritual intelligence
The Silver Bell is swap to stastics created bell curve.
This is the bell curve of spiritual knowledge acquired by the of members of the church, the more the members acquire spiritual experience through reading the scripture, serving others, loving their family and obeying the commandments, the more their lives will be blessed. The higher the slope the more easy to contact our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ for guidance. The lower the slope , the more we need to repent and obey to be near to Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.
I combine the two images and use the brush tool.

Title: “The bell Bird”
The Bell Bird is known for the load voice specially the White Bell bird, this bird has 125 decibels or as roughly as loud as a rock concert. The loud voice uses to attract potential mates that will help procreation. This bell bird is calling for the righteous priesthood to get married in the temple.
I used quick selection tool to delete the background of the hand bell and combine the two images.
