Chosen Path is a black and white, rural landscape. This photo was taken in Corydon, IN at Hayswood Nature Preserve.  Fog is alluring and eerie in combination. When I took this photo I loved the stillness, of the scene. I knew the photo would be in black and white, and I based my choices of location and elements on this understanding. I do love black and white photography, and I love how it creates a timeless moment, that seems more impactful in the presence it gives. The contrast balance in the image is pleasing to me.
