Typographic Poster
In my layout and composition class, we had two projects inspired by Alvin Lustig and his unique art style involving prints. The typographic poster is the second part to this assignment, where we take the logo, we created for Futurbit and make a fun and interesting poster to promote their event.
The process
Since we already created our logo, we then used it to create to inspire our typographic poster designs. We first started with 8 different sketches with varying designs and compositions. Showing a place for different core pieces of information would go in the final design.
Final Poster
After creating my 8 sketches, I selected one to use for my final design. Then brought it into illustrator, using the required text and information to create my final piece.
