FIRST FLOOR
The first floor of the cottage consists of two zones - public and private. In the public area, there is a living room and a kitchen with a dining room and access to a spacious terrace with a swimming pool. The private area is separated into two parts: there are two bedrooms, bathrooms, and a wardrobe in the main part, and an additional bedroom with direct access to the terrace.
MEZZANINE FLOOR
Due to the high gable volume, it became possible to create a separate mezzanine floor with a seating area. From this area you can go out onto a spacious terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the river.
The main architectural idea is to combine volume with a sloping roof with several flat roof volums. Together, these shapes create an expressive silhouette of the building and help create a cozy corner with a pool, despite the relatively narrow site.
