This series depicts the great quote of Julius Caesar, "Veni, Vidi, Vici," which translates i came, i saw, i conquered. With pictures i say the story while implying contradictions with my imagery. The first image, Veni, which means "i came," implies a loss in metal presence though he is physically there, the second, Vidi, which means "I saw," relates to the clothe covering his eyes, which represents his ambitions and how he is blinded by them and the third, Vici, which means "i conquered," deals with how his victories in battle did not save is life.
