This project focuses on the creation of costumes inspired by Julio Cortazar’s book, RAYUELA. A dressing created from its female character, La Maga, the two worlds in which it moves (the real and imaginary) and all the feelings and motivations that flow from it. Although is not only create garments, but as the author rightly says: where to find La Maga? is also the identification and realization of that being unrealistic which in their innocence can see the world as we all want to see, and most important she can live it, I want to express that exploration through different visual language to writing.
Este proyecto se centra en la creación de vestuario inspirado en el libro Rayuela de Julio Cortazar. un vestuario creado a partir de su personaje femenino, La Maga, los dos mundos en que se mueve (el real y el imaginario) y todas las sensaciones y motivaciones que de ella se desprenden. Aunque no es solo constituir una pieza, sino como bien lo dice su autor ¿donde encontraría a La Maga?, es también la búsqueda y materialización de ese ser irreal que en su inocencia puede ver el mundo como todos quisiéramos verlo y mas que todo puede vivirlo; quiero poder expresar esa exploración a través de un lenguaje visual diferente a la escritura.
