For this project, a partner and I had to come up with an app. We thought of an all-in-one app that could be a platform to not only sell artwork but to register art marts and be able to sign up through the app. Artists nowadays use apps like Instagram to showcase their portfolio of work. But because of how broad Instagram is used, the art side of things often gets overlooked/not seen. We wanted to create an easy-to-use art app that could bring local artists closer together. On this app, artists would be able to list their work to sell, register for art markets/fairs, and purchase local work. Like the thrifting app "Depop", Local Eye is built for artists who want to network and get their work out to the local public!
