My first project delving into composite photography is focused on the concept of miscarriage and how the term relates to the conception and failure of creative projects, which is a daily battle for all artists.
This shoot was very much experimental for me. I discovered the possibility of the concept behind the image after the initial photo shoot was complete and I was reviewing the images. I ended up needing to do a lot of digital compositing to make this piece exactly right, and for my first attempt at doing so, I am quite proud of the result. :]
