An apartment in the metropolitan district of Buxton, completed in 2023. The home of the young owner reflects his individuality and skillfully combines functionality with a clean, modern and at the same time classic style. From the artistic wallpaper in the bedroom, to the strategically placed furniture in the living room - every aspect of this project is part of an overall rational aesthetic that supports the convenience and beauty of everyday life.

The dark veneer and black accents in the interior bring weight, depth and sophistication, while the clean lines and minimalist decorations give calmness and harmony.
The interior has a pleasant Zen feel with a simple aesthetic. This story line, supported by natural materials, neutral colors, decoration and landscaping, discreetly and softly transports to another dimension.

The flow of energy flows undisturbed in this residence - open areas provide visual space and light, give freedom of sight and spirit. The result is modern luxury, in which the warmth and comfort of home, modern technological solutions and the classic choice of furniture, materials and colors are organically integrated.
The project was created with a reasonable budget, with which maximum quality and aesthetic completion was achieved.
Living area
The entrance to the living room is one of the elegant accents in the interior - with dark glass doors through which the corridor can be seen delicately and more depth of space is felt.
Black, white and wood prevail here, and all the elements of the furniture and decoration are in this range.
A special feature of this space is a service room, in which the toilet, the washing machine and the dryer are placed, hidden from peace of the home. This cube, dressed with wood veneer, forms a furniture wall for a TV cabinet.
Undisputed highlight of the room is the library cabinet wall. This piece of furniture stands decoratively and always different with its discreet lighting and sliding doors that reveal different scenes each time.
The light fixture
above the dining table designed by Fimera, which combines the three main colors in the interior, deserves special attention. The large, comfortable sofa, also designed by Fimera Design, creates the definite and stable compositional line of the soft seating. It is in perfect harmony with the blinds with wooden slats, which bring an additional unobtrusive interesting decor and with them the living room sounds more studio-like.

Large, self-watering planters with evergreens are a lovely final touch. The raw, massive sculpture of the vessels is in harmonious contrast with the lively, airy foliage. The decor is charming with its distant hint of Eastern Ikebana.
In the bedroom
the materials used throughout the apartment are again repeated to achieve a sense of complete integrity of the project. One of the main decorative elements that create individuality of the room is the spectacular textile wallpaper on the back of the bedroom. Its dark blue, black and purple tones are combined with the blue fabric of the bed.
The doors of the wardrobes and cupboards are up to the ceiling, so that we can draw the space in height as well.
Interesting is the sliding door, which looks like a huge hanging mirror, and behind it hides a walk-in wardrobe. Here we find another strong accent in the interior: one wall of the walk-in is made of glass bricks, visible from the corridor. This is how an interesting decorative element is achieved, which allows the light to pass pleasantly and diffusely from one room to another.
In the corridor
we perceive the strongest association with the Zen aesthetic: the clean and laconic round mirror that stands like a moon, the minimalist cabinets and the soft light through the glass bricks.
A practical solution is the wardrobe, which on one side is open to the front door, creating a comfortable portmanteau.
The home office
is also used as a guest room with an extra bed. Minimalist wallpaper continues the Eastern theme.
The entire apartment has rather irregular geometry, utilized with various functional solutions. In the study, these pieces are used to form cabinets. The wardrobe passes into a kind of small storage, in which the heating boiler is hidden.
The bathroom
is minimalist and clean with gray terrazzo-style granite tiles, a cabinet in petroleum gray with a discreet navy-blue shade, which is a link to the bedroom.
