The technology market encourages unhealty behaviour of consumption pushing the hype culture. Tech addiction, dopamine shock and isolation are side effects of this unsustainable digital culture. Even though the digital natives are paying the highest price, there is a common need to slow down.

Giffgaff is a game changer in the telco market. 
Refurbished phones are just part of a wider mission: to fix what's broken.

Capitalising on the hype around VIP's old phones, the Good Auction is using the money raised to open up IRL Giffgaff hotspots across the UK, encouraging off-screen connection and a break from tech fatigue.
