This design project is a comprehensive campaign aimed at raising awareness about menopause in the workplace and fostering a supportive environment for women going through this natural life transition. Menopause affects millions of women globally, yet it remains a topic often overlooked or stigmatized in many workplaces. Recognizing the importance of addressing this issue, our initiative seeks to empower women, educate colleagues, and promote inclusivity in the workplace.
