I made this as a sculpting and painting study; an experiment with acrylic paint and oil clay.
Before beginning to sculpt, while I was wondering what a werewolf would look like, I thought about different ratios of dog-wolf to human-great ape.
So I sculpted my best guess....
...and then I tried to paint it.
