I had the pleasure of working on all creative aspects for the "HR Leaders Roundtable" event hosted by Masai, an institute dedicated to skilling India's untapped talent pool. This high-profile event brought together leading HR and talent acquisition minds to discuss the critical issue of attracting and retaining tech talent in India.

About the Event

The Indian tech industry faces a significant talent crunch. There's a vast gap between the number of graduates and the number of job openings requiring specialized skills. Additionally, companies struggle to retain talent due to factors like outdated curriculums, lack of work-life balance, and competition from the gig economy.

My creative solutions aimed to capture the essence of the event's theme and Masai's mission. Here's a breakdown of my contributions:

Logo Design: I developed a logo that conveyed the collaborative spirit of the roundtable, using visual elements that represented both established companies and the emerging talent pool.

Print Collaterals & Invites: Designed professional and eye-catching invites and other printed materials that communicated the event's purpose and importance to potential attendees.

Promotional Materials: Created visually engaging promotional materials for online and offline platforms, sparking interest and driving registrations for the event.

Event Branding: Designed a cohesive visual identity for the event, encompassing everything from stage backdrops and banners to standees and digital presentations.

The event was a resounding success, bringing together industry leaders for a thought-provoking discussion. My creative work played a vital role in attracting attendees and setting the stage for a productive dialogue. Masai received positive feedback on the event's branding and overall presentation.

Skill Gap: The Indian tech industry needs to bridge the skill gap by focusing on skilling untapped talent and revamping traditional education curriculums.

Bharat: Companies must explore talent from Tier 2 and 3 cities, leveraging institutes like Masai to equip graduates with industry-relevant skills.
