FOUR-ZONES highlights our time (MASA KITA) in various interpretations from Pre-Zone, Past-Zone, Current-Zone to Post-Zone and with a Conclusion. The artwork reflects our action and cause-effect being human being in our Motherland.
There are 4 Zones of Artworks in Procreate Illustrations with Animation, and a Conclusion:
PRE-ZONE – Nature existence of Motherland, with living species in of our land, such as animals that are in facing of extinction, and without disturbance of human being, they are comfortable living in a very balance green forest.
PAST-ZONE – The Achievement & Development of Human Being in Motherland, as we are really proud of human achievement such as independency, our 60s era of great music legend, our highest mountain, our highest skyscrapers and our first national car.
CURRENT-ZONE – The Current Situation of what Human Being is facing. Of course we are getting into metaverse, VR and technologically advanced, but our world is in facing climate change, pollution, extinction and war that is on going.
POST-ZONE – The Future of what Human Being has done to Motherland. A land of nothingness, left empty where last explorer to find living species out there in the world, looking for one last hope.
CONCLUSION – The Message of Everything. Action.
THE ARTS
The artwork combines 5 Procreate Illustrations by using IPAD and Procreate Apps to draw every character and scenes.
Illustration styles are with fine lines and detailing, strokes that been self developed for art style in many other of personal works.
Color mood used are various such as natural forest green tone, and animals, other cities scenes with patriotic colors, futuristic scientist and dying land in earth tone and etc.
PRE-ZONE & POST-ZONE - Artworks illustrated using Procreate in Ipad.
CURRENT-ZONE & POST-ZONE - Artworks illustrated using Procreate in Ipad. CONCLUSION - combination of 4 Artworks together.
THE MEDIA - WEB
There are 5 Mini Animations with narration and sound, created by using After Effects.
These animations are embedded in 5 different Web Responsive Pages .
Website Programming completed in Bootstrap , HTML5, CSS for Web Responsive Pages display of text (narration), embedded video and navigation.
The Web Responsive Pages mainly emphasize for Mobile layout and display, tested on Android and IPhone.
THE MEDIA – QR CODES & OVERLY APP
5 QR codes were generated to assess the 5 Web Responsive Pages.
By Scanning each of the QR code on the Main Poster, it will assess into each Responsive Web Page respectively in mobile devices.
Overly App experimented and in success experience.
By download Overly App, scan the Main Poster, there will be an AR experience to it.
THE PRINT
3 Printed Materials already developed and displayed:
A1 Main Poster – for QR codes & Overly App – 5 QR scans and 1 Overly App scan.
A2 Concept Board – to explain the 5 QR codes scanning and content display.
A3 Overly App Board – for instruction of download app, and experience AR.
The Gallery Display shall look like this on the wall in perspective where viewer can scan the for experiencing artworks in Web and Animation, and Overly AR Experience.
The Demonstration when viewer scan through mobile phone on the respective QR code, they will go into various Web page with Animation.
The Animations Compilation - Animation (each) is embedded with Web Page for Mobile experience once viewer scan QR code to view each of them.
Mobile Walkthrough - Mobile walkthrough of how does Fourzones web pages with animation looks like in mobile device, and the navigation for web pages.
Overly App Walkthrough - Download Overly App, scan through the Main poster (digital or printed), minor animation will occur for fun of interactivity.
The Exhibited Works are available in Penang State Museum and Art Gallery with official booklet and official opening.
