Explain-layer one or two blockchain

Layer 1 blockchain can be thought of as the internet infrastructure itself - the cables, routers, and protocols that form the backbone of the web. This infrastructure enables data to be transmitted globally, but has limitations in terms of bandwidth and speed.

Layer 2 is analogous to internet applications and services that operate on top of this infrastructure, such as streaming services or cloud storage. These services leverage the underlying internet to deliver content more efficiently and to scale beyond the basic capabilities of the hardware infrastructure.
