Restaurant Brand Project
For this project, I was assigned with creating a theoretical brand pertaining to any aspect of the food industry that I wanted while giving it a unique brand profile and concept to help it stand out. To achieve this I thought of combining two of my favorite places, bakeries and conveyor belt sushi restaurants! I designed a new concept of bakery that specializes in speed and efficiency in a means to let the consumers enjoy a seamless experience. Rolling Dough also caters to customers who can't decide on which of the many baked goods to get by making smaller sized items at more affordable prices to give more variety. Have you ever said you wish you could try the whole menu? Well here you can due to the smaller sizes and prices to the point where you can grab whichever assortment of plates being conveyed by your table and enjoy a delicious array of baked goods to essentially create your own personalized buffet!
