Modern network for the ancient city.
Poster represents the main idea of unique project (similar projects were implemented
in Vienna, Barcelona and London). City of Cusco is a protected world heritage site.
Any works require permission from the Ministry of Culture and must be accompanied
by an authorised archaeologist. So, the existing infrastructureis being used for network installation, including: sewer network, aqueducts, riverbeds, including those hidden underground.
Project provided city of Cusco with free Wi-Fi in the city squares, free data channel for
42 colleges and 13 municipal buildings, free data channel for city security cameras and network of environment sensors.
