Rebranding a leading BPO company

Creative rebranding targeted to Millennials

Trupp Global is a leading BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company with a global clientele located in Bengaluru, India. For their line of business, the company is called to handle an incredible variety of tasks outsourced to them from pretty much every line of industry. And one of their main USPs is that they can handle these tasks fast, like really fast.
So this was our design challenge. How do you translate in visual terms a company that can simply do it all?
Trupp Global requested a rebranding approach that will communicate effectively their broad collection of services, creating the feeling of a very effective one-stop-shop.

The design was conceptualized to be fresh, pop, and above all, fun. So our key visual element was created in order to answer the question: Do you need an extra pair of hands?
We designed a funky hand that would be very, very effective. We kept the graphic language clean and direct with a touch of surprise and a strong dash of humor.
After all, our key target audience was millennials.

As time efficiency is such a key point to our client’s work of line, the logo naturally transformed into the hands of a clock.
Always in movement, the logo and the animated elements of each page further illustrate this race against the clock that Trupp Global can assist you with. As this is a very broad website with a large body of text, the India-inspired color palette serves two functions.

The first is to accentuate the pop personality of the rebranding, and the second is to visually aid the user navigate through the services and various sections smoothly.
The tone of voice was designed to be humorous, direct, and conversational, enriched with internet culture references. The flow of the text is meant to be "heard" as the viewer reads it, aiding them to navigate a very content-heavy website. Our main goal was to create rapport and a sense of empathy to our GenZ, GenX and Millennial audience so as to make the user feel secure that the company has a deep understanding of their needs and,
above all, speaks their language.
