WIPEOUT PROJECT 
I was given the tack to design my own WipEout car. When making the 3d model I gave each component it's own object, each of them started out as a cube which I moulded to fit the shape. I aligned the 2D textures and played around with the poly count. I then realised that I made the inner part of the main ship as well as round the cockpit too solid so as a result I had to sharpen the edges and reworked the main shape.
When I began my 2D render I was very familiar with Adobe Illustrator and as a result really tried to be experimental with some of the features. As a result I think it looks a lot better and fits more what I was going for.
