This is a series of archived postcards titled "Why Don't you Write" which I found on archive.org. Each raw image was imported into an audio editing program (Audacity) where I would take the image files and convert them to Raw Data waveforms. From there I ran each individual photo through audio filters and VSTs, where I applied effects such as tape crunch, delay, reverb, distortion, and other various time stretch and EQ parameters. Most were ran through two or 3 different Audio/VST filters to keep building up the fx. Then, re-export the waveform/data as a image file. No other editing was done outside of the audio editing program Audacity.
