Fantasy Tavern: Digital Product Design
Phase 1 - Game App Idea
I started on pen and paper to conceptualise my idea. Scamping out basic wire-frames and the user flow experience.
Also planning out my product's stages from Minimum Viable Project, to finished Project.

Then generating higher-fidelity wire frames and flow chart. To help better visualise and understand the concepts.
Phase 2 - MVP Prototype
I developed a working Minimum Viable Product (MVP) prototype using the basic UX flow chart as a guide.
I then showed this prototype to users/players, to test it. To get an understanding if I am on the right track and if they like
it and if there is potential. Feedback was good. Testers liked the basic concept, and thought there is potential.
Phase 3 - Implementing Feedback
I collected and implemented user feedback and re-adjusted the game play by wire framing the new flow.
I then launched my game/product in an Early Access phase, to open it up for a wider audience for feedback. I have since connected with players via Instagram and collected more feedback from them.
I then implemented and tested the new updates. This is a continuing Agile process.
In Conclusion
Incorporating user feedback to iterate and enhance the product has been a fundamental aspect of my approach. This project remains ongoing in order to to deliver an impactful and User-centered product.
