Situated in Karachi, Pakistan, The Aman Tower stands as a beacon of educational excellence, meticulously designed by COOOP for the Institute of Business Administration (IBA). With a total cost of PKR 750 million and spanning an impressive area of 110,000 square feet, this 14-storey building represents a comprehensive educational complex. COOOP's services encompassed every aspect of the project, from topographic survey and geotechnical investigation to master planning, architectural design, and structural engineering.

The Aman Tower boasts a range of facilities designed to foster learning and collaboration. The podium floor sets the stage for academic pursuits, while the library floor offers a sanctuary for research and study. Three stories of lecture rooms and breakout rooms, connected by mid-level lounges, provide ample space for interactive learning experiences. The fifth level features a full floor cafeteria catering to both students and executives, complemented by two roof gardens for relaxation and inspiration. Additionally, two floors house administration offices, ensuring smooth operations, while two floors of residential suites offer comfortable accommodations with hotel-standard bedrooms.
