[Save the Children] Climate Crisis Policy Proposal Design
📍제작의도
기후위기는 단지 환경의 이슈가 아니라, 아동의 권리를 위협하는 문제라는 점을 알리며 주요 결정권자들에게 보다 아동 중심적인 기후위기 대응 방안을 요구하고자 정책제안서를 제작하였습니다.
Planned to make a policy proposal to inform decision makers that climate crisis is not only an environmental issue but also a huge threat to our children’s rights.
📍내용 구성
세이브더칠드런에서 최근 발간한 보고서 <기후위기 속에 태어나다> 보고서의 주요 내용 및 권고사항을 주요 내용으로 하여, 지난 여름 세이브더칠드런에서 진행한 “UN에 보내는 기후위기 영상·그림 국제 공모전’의 출품작(아동이 그린 이미지)을 담은 A4 12p 중철제본 형태의 정책제안서입니다. This proposal is in the form of twelve-page saddle-stitched binding and it contains the information from the report <Born into the Climate Crisis> by Save the Children, and children’s drawings from “International Competition of sending climate crisis related video and pictures to the UN”

📍디자인 컨셉
해외 환경 단체 시위에서 주로 사용하는 골판지에서 모티브를 가져와 표지디자인에 적용하였고, 전체적으로 경각심과 위험성을 강조할 수 있는 분위기와 컬러톤을 적용하였습니다.
Designed the front cover using the motif from ripped cardboard which is widely used as a symbol of environmental protests. Used color tone and atmosphere that can emphasize the awareness and the risks of climate crisis.
