Creative Assets for WTOP-10's First All- Women Broadcast
This semester, I had the opportunity to work on WTOP-10 TV's first ever all-women hockey broadcast. To be specific, this was the first time our station produced a live hockey production in which all of the on-screen talent and crew were women. In my case, I directed the live broadcast while also working in the weeks before to produce different promotional graphics. To do this, I used Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects to create the designs requested by our producer.
As I approached this project, I aimed to create a more experimental, bold design style to emphasize the freshness of the broadcast. I used bright colors and visual effects to make a vintage poster-inspired style with a colorful twist.
