My work deals with the subject of artificial habitats.
On the basis of zoological gardens I would like to
show how our relationship with nature has changed.
The relevance of this topic can only be realized when
you make yourself aware of the fact that such a thing as
„untouched nature“ really only exists in our imagination
nowadays.
My work does not only illustrate the lives of our
animal friends in German zoos. It should also be understood
as a critique of our interaction with nature in general.
