Voices and eyes. These are some of the elements that really stands out to be while I'm depressed. The voices telling me what I should and shouldn't, telling me "I told you so" when people leave. The unkind eyes around me, seemingly pushing me through the mold.

It was a piece that took me awhile to come out and work with.

I started painting in black and white for my first draft. Since I'm painting spontaneously without any planning, it took me afew revisions on the spot; adding colors and changing the posture of the male character in the painting.

I set up for arms to be reaching for the person, him having his arms around his head because of the voices, kneeling down as if pleading. The happy pill poster is a mortif to what I use to draw; and also added eyes to the ceilings.
