Based on DJ Earworm's Summer Mashup 2013 I relied on both the lyrics and music video memes to emphasize repetitions and cliches found in the curated collection of pop hits. 

The repetition supports the title of Pop Music Encore. Variables taken into account were: appearance of each song during the timeline of the mashup, song name, band or artist, lyrics phrases that repeat and at which time they repeat; music videos video memes that repeat in each song
