Our interviewing technology needed to convince leaders of talent acquisition organizations that their current processes for screening candidates were inefficient, expensive, and a poor experience for both hiring teams and for candidates. I collected data from primary and secondary sources to display in an infographic, and worked with a graphic designer to translate my ideas into viral visuals. This has resulted in the most-shared asset on our website of all time.
